Paquet de haricots verts - Green beans, chicken, garlic and almonds in a crispy bundle with a roquefort cheese sauce

Fourth Course

Côtelettes d'agneau - Grilled lamb loin chops with parsnip puree, sweet peas and lardons

Fifth Course

Gardiane De Taureau - A traditional braised beef daub with red wine, beef stock, olives, herbs and orange peel
served with red rice and kale

Crème Catalane - Baked custard flavoured with vanilla bean and baking spices
